Judge Jeffrey Johnson of Los Angeles; serial pervert

The state of California presented Jeffrey W. Johnson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Yale University School of Law.

It should be noted that Jeff has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-one years (1989 thru 2019). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Los Angeles area was about to offer Jeff a good paying job during that period of time.

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was duped into appointing Jeff as an Appellate Judge in 2009. Jeff didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Los Angeles area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Commission on Judicial Performance has charged Jeff with engaging in the following misconduct.

Engaged in willful misconduct
Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
Misconduct brought his judicial office into disrepute
Engaged in a pattern of conduct towards Justice Victoria Chaney that was unwelcome, undignified, discourteous, and offensive, and that would reasonably be perceived as sexual harassment or as bias or prejudice based on gender
Told Justice Chaney, “Well, I should kiss and squeeze your titties to make you feel better,” and then squeezed one of her breasts
Told Officer Tatiana Sauquillo worked for the Judicial Protection Section of CHP’s Protective Services Division, she was assigned that you wanted to take her
Mentioned that black men are well endowed
clothes off, see her without her uniform on, bend her over, and “fuck her from behind”
Stated to Justice Grimes that she has “the greatest ass in the Second District.”
Engaged in a pattern of conduct towards other attorneys that demeaned the judicial office
Lent the prestige of judicial office to advance his personal interests
Engaged in conduct perceived by a multitude of victims employed in the court system as sexual harassment over a 20-year period of time
Made sexual advances to multiple police officers assigned to work with him
Graphically described sex acts to police officer assigned to drive him home

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Jeff continues to sit as a LA County Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles, California.
