The undersigned has filed the attached letter with Senator Grassley of complaints against a federal judge Joan Lenard, a magistrate Jonathan Goodman and a bankruptcy magistrate Laurel Isicoff irrefutably reporting criminal activities of these government employees using the United States courts in a racket to steal my home and property and blackmail me to threaten my silence from reporting their crimes.
Their embezzlement racket (the “Intertwined Embezzlement Racket”) is the result of and inextricably intertwined with another racket – the guardian racket where competent senior adults with financial assets are seized from their families and falsely and illegally “proclaimed” incapacitated in order to loot their assets. They are then murdered by lethal doses of illegal psychotropic drugs in order that these crimes can be committed in secret (the “Murder for Profit U.S. Sponsored Guardian Racket”).
My mother was murdered by Michael A. Genden, a color of law judge and his RICO accomplices in this racket and her home and life savings were pillaged.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND FALL WITHIN THE DEFINITION OF WAR CRIMES.
Senator Grassley knows all about these crimes against humanity . They are virally reported in the media and regularly reported by government agencies including a report by the Government Accountability Office and in a report by Senator Richard Blumenthal in a Congressional hearing who acknowledges these judges are “running a thiefdom” and “making a ton of money:” All of this information has been provided to Senator Grassley in the attached documents.
Anyone who exposes the guardian racket is terrorized, blackmailed to silence them and their assets are stolen in fabricated lawsuits in color of law court of their crony brethren. Attached are affidavits of victims of the Murder for Profit U.S Sponsored Guardian Racket, including that of the undersigned. Also attached is an Affidavit of the undersigned attesting to the irrefutable crimes in the Intertwined Embezzlement Racket.
The undersigned and others have filed lawsuits against top government officials. We have put Charles Grassley’s office on notice of these crimes in an attempt to obtain remedy however, all of our communication to Senator Grassley is ignored, thereby he is acting in collusion.
We are filing this formal notice with you to seek immediate remedy otherwise we will be forced to add Charles Grassley as a defendant to the lawsuit. There is no immunity for conspiracy and cover up of crimes.
The formal letter reports both the Murder for Profit Guardian Racket and the Inextrinsicably Intertwined Embezzlement Racket perpetrated by Joan Lenard, Jonathan Goodman and Laurel Isicoff and includes the following to which there has been no response by Senator Grassley:
1. Prior communication to Senator Charles Grassley setting forth the above crimes.
2. The attached formal letter notifying Senator Grassley of the Murder for Profit Racket.
3. Affidavits of the undersigned and other victims of the Murder for Profit Racket.
4. The attached formal letter notifying Senator Grassley of the embezzlement of the undersigned’s home and life savings in the Inextricably Intertwined Embezzlement Racket perpetrated by Joan Lenard, Jonathan Goodman and Laurel Isicoff acting in collusion.
5. Affidavit of the undersigned regarding the Intertwined Embezzlement Racket.
6. The “fencing” and sale of the property of the undersigned that has been stolen by Laurel Isicoff and her team of conspirators in the bankruptcy racket.
Former Attorney general John Ashcroft exposed the bankruptcy racket in a speech he made fittingly before the International Criminal Court in the Hague. His statements are set forth in the attached documents.
Surely you must be aware of the gravity of this matter.
On the very same day Senator Grassley was again informed of these rackets, having been informed repeatedly over time of the Murder for Profit Guardian Racket, Senator Grassley sent a letter to attorney general Merrick Garland seeking that he investigate officials involved in nursing home deaths BUT NEGLIGENTLY FAILED TO DEMAND INVESTIGATION INTO THE MURDER FOR PROFIT AND INEXTRINSICABLY INTERTWINED EMBEZZLEMENT RACKETS . It appears that the law is selectively enforced by Senator Grassley when judges who are committing crimes against humanity are involved and that their crimes are hidden.
We would like to avoid this public relations nightmare that will ensue by Senator Grassley by a lawsuit.
However we will be forced to take legal action if Senator Grassley fails in to comply with his duty to protect the undersigned and the public from these crimes; to comply with the Constitution and federal laws including 42 U.S.C. 1986; and the laws that require his reporting of these crimes. Countless victims all over the country are being terrorized, looted and murdered by judges in these criminal rackets.
This request response by March 18, 2021 by 5:00 and the contact information for the team of investigators who will be handling this matter.
