Federal and state criminal conflicts of interest and ethics laws

1. the federal criminal conflict of interest laws and ethics code for federal employees (including federal judges).

I am not sure if the federal ethics code applies to state judges…. it should and i will look into that. This link includes the criminal conflict of interest laws.

3. THere is also an executive order dealing with ethics compliance.

FYI, in all of my filings going forward, I will not be referring to judges as “Judge x” I will always only refer to them as a government employee. I will set up a definition for the judge at the beginning of my document as follows:
