clause two & 3333three serve as the law of the land? Violations are obstution to justice & 7 dinial of right to due process.

You might want to try this request again. If so, suggest that you 1) state what the judge did and 2) restate the statutes about which you are inquiring. I am in CA and have no clue what sbx is or is supposed to be. None of the other apparently statutory references fit a pattern of either federal or state statutes
