Outrageously, we are being forced to act as whistleblowers further subjecting us to vicious crimes of retaliation because the bar union, law enforcement and oversight officials violate their duties, the Constitution and Federal law 42 U.S.C 1986 to protect us and the public from barbaric atrocities that are identical to those perpetrated by third world countries. However, these atrocities are far more dangerous and constitute a National Security Emergency as they are not being perpetrated by crime rackets on the street … they are committed by extrajudicial government employee crime rackets using the United States courtrooms
We see that selective crimes against America’s seniors and vulnerable adults, a class and protected class of Americans, that are perpetrated by those other than extrajudicial government employees are selectively enforced.
Crimes relating to obstruction of justice by state employees regarding nursing home violations have been acknowledged by Senator Grassley by his letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on March 12, 2021. Interestingly, this is the very same day the undersigned notified Senator Grassley of crimes against humanity, including MURDER, HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND LOOTING against this very same class of citizens perpetrated by judges and attorneys. Yet, incredibly, these crimes by government employee judges and attorneys were neglected and suppressed.
Thus it seems that a class of Americans who have been illegally stripped of their human and constitutional rights by predators acting as judges and attorneys HAVE NO RIGHT NOT TO BE MURDERED, LOOTED AND HUMAN TRAFFICKED by the very same judges and attorneys who stole and raped them of their rights.
Moreover, it seems there may be a conflict of interest by Michael Fragoso or others as a result of their membership in the Bar unions that are aiding, abetting and conspiring in these crimes against humanity perpetrated by their members – extrajudicial judges and extralegal attorneys using their bar license to commit crimes.
Our justice is obstructed and rights as witnesses and to federally protected activities are being tampered
We seek a response today to our formal letter and Affidavits notifying Senator Grassley of these judicial atrocities and a team of investigators.
