Campfire Talk In stepping back three feet and using some critical thinking to analyze the situation, this author has come to the most obvious and unmistakable conclusion of all, that the various “economists” and all other delusional pundits of any kind, stripe or color, when they speak about things financial, are nothing more than a bunch of 7-year-old boys on a weekend outing, sitting around the campfire and having the most serious discussion of who would win in a fight between Spider-Man, Aquaman, Batman and Superman! Dissection and Analysis of Standing and Jurisdiction What is standing and who has it?  The first part is easy to answer; standing basically means that someone has the right to sue another or others, the specifics of which vary greatly over the legal landscape.  So as to who has it, that question of course differs, depending upon the time of day, and naturally whom you ask.  Depending upon which party or parties are in favor or disfavor with the “judge”, that is your answer as to whom has standing at any particular time.  In other words, there is no set standard anywhere.  Courts often use “standing” or more specifically a claimed lack of it, to dismiss cases that are not conducive to more crimes being committed by the courts or the hiding of previous crimes.  Yes, you read that right Dear Reader.  The courts often misuse their alleged power and authority to commit more crimes in order to cover up their previous crimes. Education Leads Us to Causation It is a well known, but not very often talked about fact of life, that the more educated we become in any subject, then the more we are at cause over it. No master painter, poet or parent is anymore at cause over their environment and the effects that they may create than they are educated in how to create those effects. This is so obvious on its face that it’s silly to even have to mention it at all, but yet just look around you and see how many people begin an endeavor and try and try and try some more to make it work out, and they have very little or even no education in how to do what it is that they are trying to do! Is it any wonder now why so many businesses fail in the first year or two? Having a dream is fine, we must be able to project a future well in advance of us actually having that future. If you cannot create and have a future in your mind, then you will never have a future in real life! The future that we create for ourselves and others, or no future at all, that is what we will end up with. An Elastic Money Supply? When we have what is euphemistically referred to as an “elastic” money supply in use, then through various manipulations and schemes to revalue and devalue the fiat currency, many more hardships are wrought than we would have with something that acts as a storehouse of human labor. That is why the smart (but sometimes also very evil) people use their fiat currencies to buy up gold and silver before the fiat currency loses ALL of its perceived purchasing power. Why is it that gold is now over 1,500 USD per ounce, silver is near 50 USD per ounce, except by explanation that the perceived purchasing power of the fiat currency is declining and so now many more of these “dollars” are needed to counterbalance the equation? There is a REASON that we have the old, old saying about “worth its weight in gold”. Spices, which were used to preserve foods and meats before refrigeration, traded on par with gold, weight measure for weight measure, because the amount of human labor needed to collect up an ounce of gold was about equal to what it took to collect and process an ounce of spices. Ounce for ounce, pound for pound. It didn’t matter how small the unit of weight was. The volume of course is very wide in difference between the two, but the weights were the measure of the commodities at the time as they were so close. “Going Long” on Zeroes Having just read an article on the hyperinflation of Yugoslavia in the 1990s by Thayer Watkins, which was informative and enlightening in the extreme, this Author has now come up with a business plan that is as sound as just about any other which came before it. It is based upon knowledge of a little known (almost to the point of being criminal!) technology, it is called Statistical Analysis; Management by Trend. Seeing as how we are now experiencing high amounts of growth in zeroes everywhere we look, it just makes good business sense to make our investments there! Yes, the trend line is definitely moving in the direction of more and more zeroes every day now. Let’s just hope that it’s not too late to jump on that gravy train to prosperity for all. Yugoslavia experienced a 5 Quadrillion percent rate of inflation between October 1, 1993 and January 24, 1995. That’s 15 zeroes worth of inflation right there alone. The inflation of Zimbabwe was one of historic note as well, further proof that investing in the manufacturing of zeroes is not just a good place to put your capital, but a great one. Going to the Top of it ALL Outside of arguments made by crazy men and women in a totally convoluted and confusing legal system, is there any law anywhere in the world, that says we must allow someone to make us their victim? If there is, where can we find it so we can read it for ourselves, instead of just taking the word of another that it exists? If there is such a law, then what is the logic behind it? Who wrote it? Who enforces it? When we do not get an absolute guarantee that we will actually have a fair and speedy trial, doesn’t that then make it a gamble with no certain outcome? How, then, is a courthouse any different than a gambling house? What is the basic premise, the lowest level that we can find, that says we must abide by the decisions of men and women who operate the legal system and are of no better or higher moral character than any OTHER man or woman out on the streets, who pick up trash for a living? What is it that makes them better, more honest, more virtuous, more ethical than anybody else? Is it their educational level? The church they go to? Their political leanings? I do not recognize You… Some new claim has recently come to the attention of this Author, the underlying significance of which has not only spurred an exploration of it, but also taken him a bit further down the rabbit hole, and revealed still some more of the hidden “code” of the Matrix via inductive reasoning.  As stated before in another work, any law dictionary will give more insight into the evil machinations of the legal system than one could ever imagine to be there, save only that one were to take an honest look at it and see it for what it is.  A scam. So now just what is the nature of this startling claim which is being spoken of?  It is from at least two court cases so far, both of which must and will be further researched in order to verify their accuracy.  So of course it is perfectly valid to ask why this Author would even mention it if it were not currently proven one way or the other?  Why say anything at all about it if it may not be true?  It is because of the underlying logic as well as the congruity of certain facts, all of which dove-tail together quite nicely. Is There an Undercut Here? The perennial question that should be on everyone’s mind, is whether or not there is an undercut of some sort that is being overlooked.  If there is, then we have the right to know what it is and we should be able to use it to our advantage.  It doesn’t matter what situation you may find yourself in, the very first question about it should be “Is there an undercut here of which I am not aware?” and if there is, then a second question of course should be “How do I use that undercut?”. So just what is this undercut thing of which I speak?  It is basically some point of logic or a fact that is being ignored by someone for some reason or other.  Usually it is being ignored by the educated in order to keep the UN-educated at a distinct and severe disadvantage.  Like the assumption that everyone who was born in America is a so-called14th Amendment citizen.  But are they really?  The answer is a resounding NO! for several reasons.  And here are some undercuts that prove it.  First off, that Amendment is not designated by the proper number, as there is an earlier 13th Amendment to the one we normally think of, which has never been repealed, so right there fraud is being committed and fraud vitiates ALL that it comes into contact with.  Then we move on to the “void for vagueness doctrine” which states that any law, statute or regulation which is too complicated or confusing for the average man or woman to understand, MUST be void on its face for vagueness.  With so much confusion going on, how could anybody know if they were really guilty… Read More
