Neilson received her undergraduate degree from Madonna University and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School
Career
Before her appointment to the Wayne County Probate Court, Neilson was of counsel to the firm of Dickinson Wright. She is also a former partner of the law firm of Zivian & Neilson and was a staff attorney for the Oakland County Probate Court.
