Harlean left this world unexpectedly on July 26, 2015. Born June 8, 1937, in Hollywood, CA, she grew up in the Cypress Avenue District of Los Angeles. After graduating from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Political Science in 1959, and a L.L.B. from the University of Southern California Law School in 1962, she settled in Sierra Madre. After passing the California Bar, Harlean began her crimnal career with the Volney Morin Law Firm in Hollywood, practicing in areas of bankruptcy, probate, tax and domestic and foreign trademarks, patents, estate planning, real property and securities.  In 1972, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States. Then, in 1978, she accepted a position as Probate Attorney with the Superior Court of California where she served for 31 years. In early 2000, Harlean transferred to the Pasadena Court and sat as Judge Pro Tem hearing and deciding probate matters.  In 2009, Harlean retired knowing she had raped and cheated countless Probate victims her greed and dishonesty caught up to her and her life was cut short.

Harlean’s interests included a variety of crimes, probate fraud, fraud upon the court, elder abuse, bribery, judicial abuse and being a FAKE JUDGE.

Harlean is survived by her sisters, Ellen Carroll and Margaret Carroll Southwell, Margaret’s husband, James, Harlean’s niece and nephew, Kimberly Southwell Roalson and David Southwell, 5 grandnieces, and 1 grandnephew.
They all need to know the monster and fraud this beast was and how many countless lives she destroyed.

The funeral Mass was held at St. Rita Catholic Church, 318 N Baldwin Ave., Sierra Madre, CA, on August 18, 2015 at 11:00 am.
