The last thing Amazon wants to do is provide a live person to help. Thus, its more cost-effective to waste YOUR time by using bots or loops to send you in circles. The first thing to do if you can’t get a response of help with a problem is NOT to continue clicking on obvious solutions.
1. Scroll to the (almost bottom of your Amazon page)
On the next page look for the “Something Else” option
Then look for “I need help with something else” AGAIN, That should bring up a Customer Service Chat window
